  • Dorma RTS88-105-HO-3 Overhead concealed door closer body - barrier-free. Meets ADA requirements of 5 lbs.of force for opening interior doors.
  • Fits headers as small as 1-3/4 inches by 4 inches for frames that are aluminum - but is also adaptable to hollow metal frames and wood. Closer body is non-handed.
  • One closer for both double-acting or single-acting interior or exterior doors with 105 degree swing and hold open. Pressure relief valve protects closer from abuse due to forced closing.
  • Accommodates maximum door weight of 200 lbs (exterior) or 250 lbs (interior) including all hardware. Maximum interior door width up to 3 feet - Sweep area from 105 degrees to 20 degrees - latch area is from 20 degrees to 0 degrees.
  • Adjust two non-critical valves to control closing speed - Thermostatic valves insure constant closing speeds due to temperature variations - mechanical backcheck slows door prior to cushion contact.
